This diesel hydraulic drilling machine is suitable for soil layers, quicksand layers, and a small amount of soft rock and soil. It is mainly used for drilling: civil water wells, ground-source heat pump wells, engineering de-watering wells, drought-relief wells and small industrial water wells.

The compact size and wheel-mounted design make it ideal for farms, small contractors and rural projects in Mozambique, South Africa and neighbouring countries where access is difficult and transport costs must be kept low.
