Delivery & Returns Policy

 

Effective as of the date of order placement. This policy forms part of our standard terms and conditions of sale.

1. Delivery

All goods are dispatched from the Company's warehouse located in Midrand, South Africa.

Shipping charges are calculated at the point of checkout and are payable by the customer. In the event of a return, the outbound shipping cost, together with the return shipping cost, shall be included in the return quotation and deducted from the final refund amount.

To initiate a return, the customer must submit a formal request via email to icm@lantic.net, quoting the original order number and providing a clear reason for the return.

Upon approval, refunds shall be processed within 48 (forty-eight) hours. Please note that financial institutions may require additional time to clear funds into your account.

4. Warranty Claims & Repairs

For all warranty claims or repair requests, please contact our support team at icm@lantic.net with your order number and a detailed description of the fault or defect.

Important: All transport and freight costs associated with warranty returns are for the sole account of the customer, unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing by the Company.

ICMSA reserves the right to amend this policy at any time without prior notice. The version in effect at the time of order placement shall govern all transactions.
